My client is a dynamic, successful family run business who have been established for nearly 20 years.
They are seeking a driven and hardworking individual who wants the opportunity to join a business who will invest in them, and offer support through professional qualifications to develop their career in a specific direction.

Duties will include;

  • Answering the incoming calls to the office and directing them to appropriate team member
  • Processing of sales orders received from customers via phone, email and in person.
  • Managing orders received via their on-line shop
  • Dealing with queries on deliveries and any return of goods.
  • Placing orders with suppliers via website and email.
  • Speaking to suppliers to request product availability & pricing
  • Chasing back-orders and managing minimum stock levels
  • Helping to manage the accuracy of listings on the website
