My client is a dynamic, successful family run business who have been established for nearly 20 years.

Duties will include;
- Answering the incoming calls to the office and directing them to appropriate team member
- Processing of sales orders received from customers via phone, email and in person.
- Managing orders received via their on-line shop
- Dealing with queries on deliveries and any return of goods.
- Placing orders with suppliers via website and email.
- Speaking to suppliers to request product availability & pricing
- Chasing back-orders and managing minimum stock levels
- Helping to manage the accuracy of listings on the website
