I am searching for a technically minded, knowledgeable Architectural Technologist with a keen eye for detail to join a friendly and creative team in Birmingham. The RIBA chartered practice has a vibrant portfolio full of projects within the Residential, Commercial, Education and Conservation sectors and all designs are delivered to the highest quality. The team has a strong focus on forging strong relationships that ensures repeat clients due to the production of innovative and creative designs.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient post qualification experience and should have exceptional technical abilities. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team to create creative technical designs. Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree, HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
- Sufficient industry experience post qualification
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to complete projects in adherence to deadlines
- Exceptional technical abilities
- Local to the Birmingham area
- Confidence to develop and progress your career and skills
- Revit proficiency is essential
