About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice who would like to learn how to devise and implement digital marketing strategies across a number of client accounts and manage the campaigns in accordance with these strategies. Over time and with plenty of support, you will be responsible for the day to day running and management of these accounts, carrying out technical changes, analysing and drawing insight from analytics data, implementing innovative management techniques to maximise campaign performance. Specifically, responsible for assisting in significant results and delivering best practice management techniques across each assigned client account. You will also act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients and ensuring an effective communication strategy is maintained at all times.

Ideally, a successful candidate will have an aptitude for working in a fast-paced start-up agency culture, and understand the requirements to effectively contribute to a growth-driven company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all client accounts managed by you have a robust commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and commercial expectation of the key stakeholders.
  • To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each of your clients.
  • To devise, implement and run innovative campaigns across your client accounts in line with the clients goals and objectives.
  • To manage budgets in line with strategy and ensure that monthly spend is on target.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding and a keen interest in digital marketing (all training provided)
  • Keen to learn about Google Ads, Facebook & Microsoft Advertising
  • Good communication skills, Analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail
  • Have a client first attitude and self-starter with a positive outlook.
  • Must be able to commute to Leatherhead, Surrey 3 times a week
  • Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solving.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure and good at absorbing large amounts of information, with a general hunger for learning.
  • Have the right to work in the UK

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Future Prospects:
