Description

  • Manage operational tasks within the infrastructure and facilities department.
  • Provide administrative support in the department.
  • Work closely with the department director to organise meetings, support with implementation of plans and maintaining paperwork.
  • Maintain excellent communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate facilities management projects and ensure their timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Provide support to team members and promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and take notes/minutes.
  • Handle any arising issues promptly and professionally.

Profile

A successful Co-Ordinator should have:

  • An educational background in business administration/project management or equivalent.
  • Experience in a Co-Ordinator or similar project support role.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
  • Strong admin skills.
