Location: London

Agile: 2-3 days in office p/week (Weekly travel to regional offices)

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 (15% bonus)

FTC: 12 months

Looking for an exciting opportunity to work at one of the UK's largest Media Companies?

They are seeking a Change and Communications Manager to join a significant Finance transformation programme. The role holder will support the programme's change management and communications agenda, embedding this transformational change across the business. As a Change and Communications Manager, you will be a vital player in facilitating the move from their core ERP system to S/4 HANA - A role you don't want to miss out on!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Change Lead to build the Finance Transformation Programme Change Management and Communications function, including: Change impact assessments and action plan, Stakeholder analysis, Business readiness from a people readiness perspective, Communication and stakeholder engagement, and Change network.
  • Developing and managing the overarching Communications Strategy, Approach, and Plan.
  • Developing the communications messages for the overall programme and individual deployments aimed at both internal and external audiences.
  • Building and fostering a wide change network within the business, creating a self-supporting network to educate and inform users of the new systems and processes.

Key Experiences Required:

  • Prior experience in supporting similar change and communications functions or teams in complex transformation programmes
  • 5 - 7+ years of Change & Communications Management experience
  • Have experience of change management methodologies (preferably PROSCI)
  • Experience in project/programme communications across multiple channels and media
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience in helping the impacted business through deployment and change
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with effective time management and prioritisation
  • Supportive team player, with the ability to collaborate well with relevant teams and stakeholders
