HR Project Manager

Personnel Selection are working with this fantastic client, who have recently won an exciting contract and are now seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Project Manager to support their fast-moving Healthcare Division. Location:

  • West Mercia (Shrewsbury, Telford, Kidderminster, Worcester, Hereford)
  • Warwickshire Police (Nuneaton, Leamington Spa)

Role Overview:

As an HR Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Planning and Implementation: Take direct responsibility for planning and implementing programme and project deliverables on time, within budget, and according to the customer's service specification.
  • TUPE Process Management: Manage the TUPE process (both in and out), including due diligence, consultative, and data transfer processes.
  • Reporting: Provide robust regular reporting, including weekly Highlight Reports, and manage monthly Project Boards and other inputs at Senior Leadership Group level.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure input from relevant internal stakeholders and directorate leads, enabling a well-documented and ratified project management framework that satisfies checks and balances related to clinical, quality, operations, finance, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the launch ofthe new project at multiple sites.
  • Support the new leadership team during their first 3 months post-contract go-live.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic and analytical thinking to overcome challenges and ensure project success.

Skills and Experience:

  • HR business partnering and HR project management and or HR change management experience
  • Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience leading complex and/or multiple projects using various project management methods in the NHS or an equivalent organisation with relevant parallels.
  • Matrix Management: Experience managing complex projects/programmes involving matrix management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with multiple stakeholders – both external and internal.
  • Service Delivery: Experience in the delivery of health and social care services is desirable.
  • Negotiation and Influencing: Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Able to think strategically and analytically.
