Key responsibilities of the Office Assistant

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Telephone liaison, taking bookings and allocation in the diary
  • Data entry onto the internal system
  • Using Google Docs, sheets and mail
  • Assist with ad hoc duties in the office
