Key responsibilities of the Office Assistant
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Telephone liaison, taking bookings and allocation in the diary
- Data entry onto the internal system
- Using Google Docs, sheets and mail
- Assist with ad hoc duties in the office
