A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for Project Contracts Manager for a perm role on behalf of our client based in Basildon.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Discuss project requirements and specifications with clients onsite and over the phone
- Carry out site survey inspections
- Complete Site Audit reports on the system
- Hire fitters and manage/allocate responsibilities to ensure projects run smoothly
- Create work schedules for fitters on the company system and ensure projects run to time and within budget
- Liaise with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition of the client's quotation and project requirements
- Collate job packs for the fitters on site making sure that they have the information needed to carry out a project
- Carry out Toolbox Talks on site with fitters
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing project teams
- Excellent time management abilities to meet project deadlines
- Strong drive to achieve project objectives efficiently
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Clear and concise communication skills for effective project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for project data analysis
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools
- Background in construction flooring projects is advantageous
- Full driving licence
