We're looking for an enthusiastic and go getting individual to take on the role of Pay Roll Administrator in the beautiful city of York! You will be working closely with the Pay Roll Manager and will be responsible for paying over 600 weekly and monthly employees.

Day to day you will be expected to monitor the payroll inbox, deal with any payroll queries, help assist the payroll manager with any payroll issues that get raised, processing both monthly and weekly payroll. You will be also expected produce P45's and P46's, update weekly and monthly spreadsheets and create relevant payroll spreadsheets.

If this sounds like a role that would suit you, you would need the following to be considered:

  • Great communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both Microsoft word and Microsoft excel.
  • Punctual and a high level of care.
  • Minimum 6 months payroll experience.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
