My client is looking for a 2nd Line IT Engineer to support with ongoing work and clearing BAU back-log. Someone with experienced supporting Audio-Visual Hardware is desirable.
Role: 2nd Line IT Engineer
Rate: £200+ per day inside ir35
Location: Bath (Fully onsite – 5 days per week)
Duration: 3+ months initially (strong potential of extension)
Start: ASAP
Skills:
- Proven experience of working in a 1st/2nd Line IT support role
- Active Directory / Accounts Administration / Fault Finding
- Supporting IT or Audio-Visual hardware, software or services
- Incident Management / Request Fulfilment
- Experience of working in a customer focused IT environment
- Microsoft Certified qualification / ITIL foundation
- Proficient user in a range of Microsoft packages
- Ticketing system experience
- Intune / Win 10-11
- MS Azure desirable
- ITIL desirable
