For the right person, the client is offering up to £27,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Responsibly work towards effective cash collection, adherent to company policy
- Oversee and maintain allocated section of the ledger
- Contact debtors via phone and email, as appropriate to collect outstanding balances exceeding agreed payment arrangements
- Work cohesively with the wider team to reduce overall debt and sustain healthy cash-flow
- Deliver all communication with a high level of professionalism, ensuring consultation of all relevant parties before proceeding
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the Credit Manager
You:
- Experience in a similar role or a proven track record in customer service/relationship building
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Organised, efficient and driven toward succeeding
- Proficient in various IT software packages
