Customer Support Administrator

Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with a brilliant business based in Wetherby who are currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Support Administrator to join the team.

Your primary objective will be working within the commercial administration team providing all-round administrative and customer support to the activities of the commercial teams.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working within the sales administrative team who provide administrative support to the activities of the team.
  • Responsible for checking that the correct analysis and information is included to keep compliant with the regulatory bodies.
  • Data entry of new enquiries onto the company's bespoke systems from a completed technical assessment form.
  • Creating accurate quotations from the enquiry and forward onto clients on behalf of account managers.
  • Assisting the finance team with any additional sales/commercial data and reports required.
  • Responsible for all administration including producing reports via Excel & correspondence as & when requested.
  • Providing telephone support to the sales team providing excellent customer service.
  • Taking client bookings via telephone and the centralised e-mail bookings system.
  • Checking that clients have provided all the relevant information and booking these on to the system for the correct date.

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.

  • Strong computer-based skills and operating systems including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook with previous experience gained within an administrative support role.
  • Ability to focus on detail and complete administrative duties to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of and ability to work in a methodical, organised and systematic manner.
  • Skilled in working within deadlines whilst being flexible and confidently prioritising tasks.

Salary up to £26k dependant on skills and experiences plus a generous benefits package and a clearly defined hybrid policy.
