Our client are a luxury Property Management, Investment and Development company based in the heart of Chelsea, they are seeing a Rental Administrator to join them for a maternity contract for a minimum of 6 months.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Rental Administrator, you will support the senior rental administrators in managing all aspects of rental income across the portfolio. You will also assist other members of the accounts department, ensuring a professional and efficient finance function.
Key Responsibilities:

Daily Processing:

Manage rent and other income transactions daily.

Assist with direct debit collections for residential long leases and commercial rents.

Administration:
-
Handle residential long leases and income portfolios.
-
Perform lease input, disposals, and general account management.
-
Invoice rent, service charges, and interest demands.
-
Manage credit control, issue statements, and report on accounts.

Process legal documents, including assignments, variations, alterations, and charges.

Handle rent reviews.

Liaison and Support:
-
Maintain relationships with managing agents.

Provide holiday cover for commercial and residential portfolios as needed.

Address internal and external queries promptly.

Monitor and maintain the accounts rent inbox.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Relevant finance and property experience.
- Strong PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
