EXPERIENCED OR TRAINEE PROPERTY SALES LISTER, GRIMSBY
This well known and progressive agents are looking to recruit in its busy Lincolnshire Office.
This is a role for a driven candidate with a passion to progress their career as a professional ESTATE AGENT. Would consider an individual with either a proven track record in negotiating and listing property to strengthen and enhance the existing Valuer and Branch Manager. or a sales negotiator looking to start their valuing career in property.
Having been involved in property transactions for many years, this reputable and progressive brand have expanded further to this area, due to increased business levels and demands.
My client is looking for a sales hungry, driven and professional individual to join their driven and motivated team to convert valuations into instructions and increase the already healthy sales stock.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in selling and possibly listing property, be used to working to targets and have experience in how to extract business from every opportunity.
A generous salary is being offered (dependent on role offered and experience), along with a fantastic OTE that is above average but reachable. There is a generous car allowance.
Hours are Mon-Fri 08:30 - 17:30 with alternate Sat 09:00-16:00 (with a day off in Lieu when Saturday is worked)
