Salary - £12.49 per hour PAYE // £15.29 per hour Ltd Umbrella
Location - BN1 (Hybrid 3 to 2 model)

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Coordinator to join the team. This role is integral to the recruitment process, providing essential support and acting as the first point of contact for various stakeholders. You'll ensure the smooth operation and delivery of the recruitment processes and procedures.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, checking, and administering all associated documentation within the recruitment process, including advertisements, job descriptions, and further particulars.
- Overseeing recruitment email inboxes, responding to all applicants and recruiting manager enquiries.
- Organising interview schedules with recruiting managers and candidates, sending out invitations.
- Requesting employment references and collating all post-interview administrative paperwork.
- Working within set timelines to meet deadlines and collating several monthly recruitment reports.
- Proactively raising issues for discussion and resolution.
- Acting as an ambassador for the service, focusing on customer service and delivery while supporting the division in maintaining their Customer Service Excellence Award.
