Our client is a fast growing British jewellery brand, their main purpose to inspire confidence for clients. As they continue to grow with an exciting new store opening coming, we are on the hun for a Store Manager to join them in this new location. As the Store Manager you will be fully immersed in every aspect of the customers' journey as they visit the boutique.

The role as a Store Manager:

The overall purpose of the role is to act as a brand ambassador, you will have the drive and experience to nurture the team to achieve business goals. Through your passion you will create a collaborative culture centred around customer service.

As our Store Manager you will be:

  • 5+ years management experience within a luxury retail environment or high-volume customer facing role.
  • Experience in Jewellery is desired but not essential
  • Proven history in leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and collaborative working environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and visual merchandising skills
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Sales driven and results orientated
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
