We have an amazing new opportunity for a Caretaker to work at a friendly residential development based in Hounslow.
You will have the responsibility of delivering the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests, contractors, and the clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet the residents and answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the desk.
- To pull in and out all estate bins at the collection points using a bin tug
- To keep the bin stores clean
- To keep the underground car park clean
- To keep the underground car park lobbies and stairs clean
- To water the plant in the podium gardens
- Emergency break glass test
- Health and safety testing
- Any other tasks as and when required
