Full time, Monday – Friday (plus 1 Saturday or Sunday every 2 weeks).
Office based
As the Customer Engagement Manager, your is to be responsible for delivering day to day customer and operational experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Being the pivotal person to meet and greet all customers
- Providing a first class customer experience to all
- Working with the Facilities Manager to ensure all areas of the building are to a high standard
- Setting and monitoring of all KPI's of the team
- Mentoring up to 30 staff
- Supporting the operational delivery of exhibitions
- Regularly evaluating and improving the quality of the customer experience
- Reporting back the financial performance to the team
- Many other ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a background in working with the public in a senior management role
- Be 100% customer focused and have first class communication skills
- Be able to make decisions, lead and guide others, possess excellent management style
- Have the ability and experience to think and act strategically
- Bring new ideas to the table
