In2 Consult are partnering with a London based, scale-up Financial services organisation. The role will be great for those looking for a learning opportunity and a route into Management Accounting, also those who possess the ability to be reactive to incoming priorities to ensure the smooth running of supplier relations and the company's transactional accounting.
Duties:
- Managing the AP mailbox
- Coding and processing sales and purchase invoices
- Managing reconciliations for expense, supplier statements and bank accounts.
- Query resolution
- Credit card reconciliations
- Bimonthly payments runs
- Chasing for analysis of accounts
- Liaising with customers and suppliers on the phone and emails
The ideal candidates will have experience in end to end core transactional duties, looking for the opportunity to join a reputable business with the intention to hit the ground running and take over the ownership of the AP process.
