Description
- Act as the guardian of our tone of voice, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
- Understand and address the internal content needs of our global campaigns, transforming them into compelling stories.
- Support internal communication efforts by bringing the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) to life through strong and consistent storytelling across various formats-testimonials, infographics, videos, etc.
- Work closely with our creative services team to seamlessly integrate copy and design.
- Enhance employer branding campaigns by crafting engaging communication pieces and testimonials.
- Draft content for our career websites to reflect our updated EVP.
- Edit and refine communication pieces for management to effectively inform their teams about the latest internal news.
- Assist in producing a wide range of content that matters to our people across the organisation, including testimonials, infographics, and other creative pieces.

- Journalistic or writing-intensive background or studies
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and adapt tone of voice for different audiences
- Strong affinity for storytelling, with a focus on achieving high engagement
- Hands-on attitude and a strong sense of autonomy

Job Offer
This is an opportunity to join a leading professional services firm as an Internal Communications Executive. The position offers a salary of £40,000-£44,000 plus a bonus and is based at the head office in London.
