A respected and successful Multi Office Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for their Lewisham office.
You will ideally have a Minimum of one years experience coupled with the ability to sell using first class negotiation skill and value.
Ideally you will be/have -
- Experience of Residential Sales
- Dealing with applicants, Vendors, Buyers
- Negotiating deals
- Must be confident with proven track record
- Self-motivated and determined
- Must be enthusiastic, display high standards of service and presentation and have good organisational skills
- Ability to generate new business
- Desire for Career Progression is necessary
- Must be car driver with clean licence
Package on Offer
- Basic Salary of £18-20,000 depending on experience
- Realistic OTE £35,000
Hours the office is open -
- 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- Saturday 8.30am to 5pm
- Sunday 10am to 4pm.
- Working Monday to Saturday with one day off in the week
- One Sunday a month but you get the Saturday off if you work a Sunday.
