About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing business in the motorbike industry. The company is the largest retailer of used motorbikes in Europe, known for its high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads from internet inquiries, showroom visitors, and retail sales team referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer experiences throughout the loan process.
- Proactively manage a pipeline of customers interested in motorcycle finance.
- Adhere to Compliance and FCA regulations on all calls, ensuring fair outcomes for customers.
- Record customer details on the CRM system.
- Maximize sales to hit targets.
- Act as a proud and passionate ambassador for the company.

Working Hours
- Standard hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (flexible)
- One late shift per week: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Rotating work pattern: 4-day week followed by a 6-day week, including weekends on a rota basis.
