Our well-respected client has an exciting Trainee Negotiator opportunity at their Gravesend branch.
Our client is offering the successful Trainee Negotiator:
- Up to £22,000 basic
- Up to £28,000 OTE
- Additional bonus potential

As Trainee Negotiator your role will involve the following:
- Matching ideal tenants to each property
- Working to achieve KPI's
- Diary management
- Negotiating and completing lets
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and 3rd parties
To be considered for the role of Trainee Letting Negotiator you must have:
- Experience within the Property industry preferred but not essential, otherwise must have experience from within a sales or customer service environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organised and reliable
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to swiftly build rapports.
- Team player and personable
