CRM Technical Executive - Up to 40k - Hybrid- 1 day per week in Milton Keynes Office
Forward Role are pleased to be partnering again with this highly reputable household name, to support them in their search for a CRM Technical Executive to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for the technical implementation, configuration, and maintenance of their CRM platform. You will be working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless data integration, campaign execution and optimisation of their CRM initiatives.
What will you be doing:
- Be the technical expert of their CRM platform, ensuring efficient day-to-day operation and integration with other marketing and data systems
- Work closely with the Senior Manager to understand team/business requirements and translate them into technically sound solutions within the CRM platform
- Collaborate with wider business areas including Data, Product and App teams, to develop solutions for customer integrated approaches for CRM marketing
- Develop and optimise personalised message templates, content blocks, and other reusable components to streamline campaign creation and consistency
- Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot problems and provide technical support to colleagues
- Analyse performance data and provide insights and actions to optimise customer engagement strategies
What do you need:
- Proven experience as a CRM Technical Executive with extensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript for email and web template development
- Previous experience with SDKs, APIs, web services and data integration techniques
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
