Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are recruiting for an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team and to become our internal expert on all recruitment and onboarding matters. The role will play an integral strategic part in the recruitment of top talent into the business which will lead to the growth and success of the business.

Record is a leading specialist currency and asset manager with $102.7 billion (as at 31 March 2024) in Assets Under Management Equivalent. Record's services include currency management, sustainable finance, and asset management. Our clients are largely institutions, including pension funds, charities, foundations, endowments, and family offices.

Record's offices are in London and Windsor in the UK, Zürich, New York, Amsterdam, and Düsseldorf. The relevant team are based in the London office.

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Department: HR

Location: London based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
  • Lead recruitment across front middle and back office, predominately in the UK but will also cover Switzerland and Germany.
  • Collaborating with internal hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define candidate requirements.
  • Writing engaging job adverts and posting in order to attract and hire top talent.
  • Leading the sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection process of candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Ensuring a positive recruitment process for all parties, communicating regularly with candidates and managers throughout.
  • Building a pool of top talent for future opportunities within the business.
  • Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop onboarding plans for new hires alongside hiring managers.
  • Responsible for internship and apprenticeship scheme.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations by updating policies and practices accordingly.

**Requirements

  • Previous internal recruitment experience in financial services
  • Previous experience using an ATS system
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy, everchanging workload is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both with external and internal parties
  • Strong at building relationships
  • Self-starter and able to carry work independently
