Key Responsibilities
- Leading audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Managing a varied client portfolio and delivering high-quality accounts preparation and advisory services
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff, offering guidance and feedback on their development
- Liaising with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Preparing financial statements and reports for review by senior management
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong audit and accounting experience across a range of sectors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
