Hybrid working and flexible hours

Admin Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and accurate administration to ensure the smooth running of our recruitment and people administration processes
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders on recruitment needs
  • Processing confidential information
  • File mapping
  • Supporting processing and filing invoices
  • General administration -inbox management etc

Admin Coordinator experience:

  • Administrative background ideally in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work at a fast pace, responsive to queries
  • HR experience non essential
  • Can manage competing priorities, from recruitment needs to answering inbox queries
