Admin Coordinator responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and accurate administration to ensure the smooth running of our recruitment and people administration processes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on recruitment needs
- Processing confidential information
- File mapping
- Supporting processing and filing invoices
- General administration -inbox management etc
Admin Coordinator experience:
- Administrative background ideally in a fast paced environment
- Able to work at a fast pace, responsive to queries
- HR experience non essential
- Can manage competing priorities, from recruitment needs to answering inbox queries
