The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the seamless operation of the sales department. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to their responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize and prepare sales materials and documentation
- Accurately process sales orders and contracts in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Aid in the creation of sales reports and presentations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary assistance
- Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth sales operations
- Assist in the coordination of sales events and meetings
- Execute general administrative tasks to bolster the sales team's efforts
- Work with quotations and costing sheets, and filing of invoices
This is an office-based role, 5 days a week.
