A well-established property management company based North West London are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in residential property management, experience in managing a large portfolio and possess strong IT skills.
This is a full time role however candidates seeking part time employment will also be considered.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management of a high end residential and commercial property portfolio
- Property maintenance management
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Organising, managing and overseeing refurbishment works
- Handling property insurance details
- Raising rental invoices and chasing rent arrears
- Maintaining an updated property file
- Paying purchase invoices
- Use of MS Packages / PropMan software
Skills Required:
- 3-4 years experience in property management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills
This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Property Manager seeking either a full or part time position within an established property management company. Onsite parking is available.
