We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Project Administrator, you will support our Operations team and Construction Project Design Managers.

Maximising the efficiency of our teams, you will undertake project task management; uploading drawings to project online portals, producing supplier schedules and monthly reporting, and working with drawings to take off specific information and record this in Excel workbooks.

You will organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, perform research, and take minutes, alongside booking business travel arrangements and accommodation.

Additionally, you will:

  • Maintain office correspondence and document control
  • Manage internal projects and follow-up with team members
  • Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management
  • Monitor and chase orders, ensuring the project programme is achieved and all orders are fulfilled correctly
  • Review as built drawings from clients and flag discrepancies
  • Collate drawings packs together for technical submissions

About You

Full training will be provided; all you need to join us as a Project Administrator is diligence, motivation, and the drive to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We also ask for good IT skills, specifically in Excel, fantastic organisational skills and great attention to detail.
