An established Recruitment Agency in Ilford that that supports organisations within the transport and warehouse sector with temporary and permanent staffing solutions across Essex and London are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their team focusing on HGV, LGV drivers and warehouse staff.
This is an ideal role for someone who has sales experience, looking for fast career progression. No previous recruitment experience is required, and full training will be provided. The Consultant will work to their own initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.
The successful Recruitment Consultant will work to their own initiative and organise resources to deliver an effective service delivery including:
- Placing suitable candidates to meet client requirements in order to achieve revenue in line with corporate and personal goals.
- Developing and managing client / candidate relationships, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Operating in line with the industry code of ethics and relevant legislation.
- Identifying, progressing and converting sales leads as required.
- Managing the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams.
The successful Recruitment Consultant will have:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal / written and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Drive to succeed, ambitious and motivated.
- Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills.
- Appropriate verbal and written communication skills.
