Job Title: Accounts Payable Officer
Location: Loughborough
Contract Details: Temp To Perm, Full Time
Salary: £25-30k dependant on experience
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process a high volume of multi-currency purchase invoices through invoice matching and managerial sign-off procedures.
- Resolve all invoice queries in a timely manner, seeking assistance when needed.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers both internally and externally.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of supplier statements, including management of supplier discounts.
- Assist in the setup of new suppliers.
- Perform ad-hoc accounts duties as requested by line management.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication, computer, and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel, especially Pivot tables.
- Ability to work under time constraints.
- Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
