ROLE:?Operations Assistant - Immediate Start!
LOCATION:?Hounslow, with free onsite parking
HOURLY RATE: £12.50+ holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday. 8am - 5pm, 6am - 3pm. 40 hours
DURATION:?On-going, with the potential to go permanent
We are currently working with a Maintenance business in Hounslow, who are looking for additional support within their operations team. You will support with admin and customer service to ensure that all customer inquiries are managed and finalised within business SLAs. You will work in a close knit team and have interaction with all internal teams. They are looking for customer-focused, confident and an organised individual to join their team!
Duties;
- Working in the Operations team, ensuring that the best and most efficient services are offered to their customers
- Managing a high volume of enquiries
- Reviewing and uploading each enquiry to the business system
- Ensuring that the correct SLA is allocated to each job
- Escalating any urgent enquires to the Team Leader
- Working to team KPIs, and reviewing performance with the Team Leader
- Working with internal teams on a daily basis, including contractors

- You are a strong communicate and comfortable writing email responses
- You are a confident user of MS office and CRM systems
