Service Support Manager

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Service Support Manager for a Local Authority Client based in East London.

In this role, you will lead the administration and quality assurance efforts within the Domestic Abuse Intervention Service, driving compliance with the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 and enhancing the effectiveness of Hackney's Violence Against Women and Girls strategy.

About the role:

You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives:

  • Develop and maintain efficient administration systems for the Domestic Abuse Intervention Service.
  • Oversee a comprehensive quality assurance process to meet the standards set by the Domestic Abuse Act and improve service delivery.
  • Regularly review and enhance administration systems to meet best practices, government guidance, and Council directives.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, briefing papers, and meeting agendas on various VAWG and domestic abuse issues.
  • Oversee and manage financial processes within the Children and Families Service.

About you:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • 2 + years line management experience
  • Experience working in an administrative role within a complex and large organisation.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and reviewing data/performance recording and analysis systems.
  • Experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector or children's social services.
  • Experience with case management recording systems, such as Mosaic.

What's on offer:

Salary: £23+ph

  • may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 9, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
