?? Our client, a leading provider of student accommodation in the UK, is currently seeking a Maintenance Operative/Caretaker to join their team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fulfilling role, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our client's property.

?? Working Pattern: Part Time, 25 hours per week (flexible)

?? Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour

�? Location: Bristol, BS1

�? As our Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance tasks within the property. Your key duties will include:

  • Maintaining the condition of the property and ensuring any issues are reported and responded to promptly
  • Ensuring statutory compliance is maintained at all times
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts, such as suppliers and contractors
  • Driving a high-quality customer experience by providing efficient and effective service

?????????? To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property maintenance or a relevant trade discipline
  • Knowledge of safe working methods, including COSHH, Manual Handling, and working at heights
  • Awareness of Health and Safety issues and legal requirements
  • Excellent customer care, organisation, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload without close supervision and meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong team player with a flexible approach to work
