Reporting to the Data warehouse lead in the technology team, the role is to lead the data ownership of EWM covering master, transactional and configurational data required to operate the SAP EWM solution and connected automated warehouse systems.
Working in the L4 area "Master Data Management" including applications for governance and design of data architecture. The position owner will support the governance of the overarching master data model design requirements and contribute through the distribution concept to support EWM and all other application and the CCEP businesses.
You will be operating in a matrix management manner, working with the wider Profectus EWM team and the Profectus S4 FTL team to ensure data touch points are scoped, owned and delivered successfully in the EWM template and from a legacy data migration aspect; these are to be coordinated and executed successfully in EWM roll outs in line with Profectus EWM roadmap.
The role also requires close partnerships with the shared service centre, Business Partners, local business stakeholders and system integrator teams as well as the SAP architect supporting Profectus EWM Project.
The role exists to increase the delivery of value for CCEP through the successful delivery of the Profectus EWM project, which forms part of the wider remit of Profectus.
EWM:
- Domain lead to train/educate/guide data architects Mgr. level (functional/business focus)
- Design, development and deployment of innovative application services to support the EWM Warehouse solution.
- Develop and implement Application Services in close collaboration with IT Business Partners and the Business, considering the company architecture guidelines. Support IT Business Partners with estimation about implementation efforts for business case calculations
- Provides specialist input to EWM data object definitions
- Collects requirements and priorities from stakeholders (e.g. Process SMEs, WPE's, Master Data Operations)
- Accountable for EWM data definition supported by the Data SPOC and Data team
- Participates in all the workshops and discussions around data objects
- Supports the design of data quality rules
- Drives the design of data maintenance processes together with the Data Stewards
- Review configuration values, to formulate the approval of the detailed data design
- Provide input and review data used for testing purposes
- Deliver all data in the migration files for Global Template and solution deployment
- Utilize software tools and where required, manually create data in EWM for all required data objects.
- Validate data loaded into global template supporting EWM and S4 solution validation
- Create data migration files and guide SME's to populate and support the local data SME with the Data validation for solution deployments
- Implement and create a solid data management solution that allows for professional and fast adjustments.
- Providing excellent expertise for project management of technological projects in time, budget and quality according to business requirements.
- Enforce appropriate standards for project methods (agile and waterfall)
- Ensure 3rd level support capabilities for related application services
- Coordinates the plan/activities from EWM for the data requirements relevant for Warehouse operation in Master, transactional and configuration data components, ensuring they properly reflected in design, construct, test and cutover of EWM roll outs including Global as well as interim stage template.
- Degree in computer science, business, engineering or a comparable degree • Fluent in English. Other languages (German, French, Spanish, Bulgarian) will be a plus• Desirable management development and additional trainings that enable team work and leadership• Desirable qualification in Project or Programme Management including Agile
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT roles in a related and comparable positions• First hand experience of working within a master data team• Hands on experience within SAP ERP and EWM solutions• Business-Fluent in English (German, Spanish, French or Bulgarian, would be advantageous)• Showcase experience in Solution architecture and development of medium to large scaled teams, particularly in international environments, integrating internal and external expertise.• Demonstrated high level of learning ability and personal adaption across differing solution platforms• Have a track record of managing and delivering solutions in collaboration with external partners.• Exhibit experience in the management of large-scale projects within international contexts.• Demonstrate proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders (both internal & external) and a diverse team overseeing multiple projects across various geographical locations.• Display experience in establishing, leading, and developing ways of working within complex IT environments.• Possess strong analytical and planning skills coupled with an independent, goal- and process-oriented approach to work.• Have previous experience in the consumer product market or beverage industry, providing valuable insight into industry-specific challenges and requirements.• Showcase experience in budgeting and annual business planning procedures.• Fluent with SAP, JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge in the following domains: Supply Chain Program/project management, IT Delivery management• Knowledge of business processes in Warehouse, (manufacturing and logistics beneficial)• Master data load tool proficiency• SAP ERP and EWM at a functional level
