Payroll Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Administrator to work for this great company in the centre of Newcastle. Your duties will be as follows:

  • End to end processing of the monthly payroll
  • Managing starters and leavers
  • Verifying payroll changes and uploading tax information
  • Managing sickness and statutory absence, including maternity/shared parental leave
  • Participating in international payroll processing
  • Processing one off payments as required
  • Overseeing reporting and reconciliations
  • Dealing with payroll reconciliations and data cleaning
  • Generating various reports and managing third party payments
  • Handling ticket and bicycle loans

You will have strong payroll processing knowledge and experience and be keen to recommend and help implement process improvements.

This is a great opportunity for someone to get involved in a wide range of payroll activities, including international payroll and group project work.
