Lettings Consultant – Duties
- Managing scheduled repairs and reactive maintenance
- Handling incoming lettings enquiries and booking viewings
- Ensuring property compliance such as EICRs, gas safety and EPC certifications
- Overseeing tenant referencing process
- Organising move-in paperwork and supporting wider department to ensure a smooth tenancy changeover
- Providing advice to Landlords on market conditions
- General Lettings duties
Lettings Consultant – Experience Needed:
- Previous Lettings experience is essential
- Strong background in customer service
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Good local understanding of Ledbury and the surrounding area
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car
- Desire and drive to forge a long-term career within estate agency
