I am looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join a busy, dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, growing, and developing business within healthcare and Primary Care sector, driving sales, increasing market share, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers across London.

Day-to-day of the role of a Field Sales Specialist:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets both turnover and profit
  • Manage margins and profit for the territory.
  • Grow product portfolio in customer segments.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers
  • Analyse data to drive territory growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records through Salesforce.
  • Develop and work to sales plans for the territory to achieve maximum results.
  • Conduct training events and on-site training on medical equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications of a Field Sales Specialist:

  • Previous experience working in a successful sales position
  • Proven experience hitting and exceeding sales figures
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, territory management, and presentation skills.
  • Professional approach with both internal and external customers.
