Great new role and rare opportunity to join our clients in Bishops Stortford. A successful market leading organisation have an opening for an experinced customer services/sales administrator to join their amazing team ! This role is office based with long term career development.

As Customer Services Sales Administrator you will be:

Point of contact for customer emails and queries

Supporting the internal sales team with order support

Credit checking for new customers opening accounts

Arranging delivery dates

Checking prices and relevant customer code or discounts in place

Use of CRM and updating customer notes

Prepare excel and general reports for team meetings

General administrative functions across the department

Customer Services skills:

Confident and personable

Excellent customer services skills

Excellent communication skills

Team player ready to go the extra mile for the customer

IT Literate ideally use of CRM and MS Office
