We are looking for a very experienced Business Development Manager with a very strong background in Facilities Management for a full time permanent position
This position will be working for a National Facilities Maintenance Company who have a large presence in the Industry. The position will be working directly with clients as well procurement managers and end users to establish new business as well as generate business from existing contracts.
The right person for this position will already have worked as a Business Development Manager within hard services for a large building services or facilities company. They need to have worked on projects that have developed into multi million pound maintenance deals.
They also need to already have an existing portfolio of end users and procurement departments leads that they can approach in reference to Service and Maintenance M&E contracts.
This is a national role for the company, so we are open to discussing this position with anyone based between Manchester and London.
Requirements
- Strong working background as a Business Development Manager
- Must come from a Hard Services FM background
- Experience in developing multi million poundservice and maintenance contracts
- Already having strong leads into procurement teams and end users
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be happy to travel across the UK
- Technical M&E background would be an advantage but not essential
- Driven individual with a passion to grow and support a business
