Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities, including outreach to current clients and following up on communications.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry insights, and competitor activities.
- Cultivate and nurture strong connections with clients.
- Collaborate with a motivated sales team to hit targets and exceed expectations.
- Maintain and manage CRM records with accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional service
Skills required:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a tenacious attitude towards achieving goals.
- Attention to detail and a strong command of written English.
- Competent with technology and various software tools.
