What you'll do:
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be at the heart of the recruitment process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing your own workload, planning recruitment activities, dealing with queries and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. You will also be comfortable using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Taleo. This role requires someone who can work independently but also collaboratively when needed. It's a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Manage your own workload and plan recruitment activity effectively
- Handle queries from various stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Source candidates using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Utilise the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) for efficient candidate management
- Maintain regular contact with clients and provide updates on recruitment progress
- Ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely manner, with a focus on quality over quantity
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Internal Recruiter role will bring a wealth of experience in direct sourcing and in-house recruitment. You should be comfortable using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Taleo. Your ability to manage your own workload effectively will be key to success in this role. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you'll be handling queries and maintaining client relationships regularly. Immediate availability is highly desirable.
