System and Reporting Manager

We are on the lookout for a Systems & Reporting Manager based at our M&S facility in Peterborough. Working with a well-established clothing retailer, you will be working towards process improvement and the development of business cases in tandem with the onsite team.

You will be joining us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday, between 09:00 to 17:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Demonstrate customer focused objectives to improve cost and service delivery with a focus on continuous improvement and the Six Sigma process
  • Create and drive business cases to reduce cost and improve customer experience
  • Prioritise workload to push initiatives based on customer feedback and demands
  • Analysis of current reporting streams and development of new reporting streams to better cascade information and reduce multiple entries of the same data

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Experience in computer sciences and Six Sigma is desirable
  • Ability to gather data and present in transparent ways which can be understood from a junior to a senior level
  • Experience using JDA WMS at a frontend user level
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with experience in fast paced operations
