About The Company:

Role Overview:
As a Finance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams across multiple international markets. This position requires a seasoned professional with experience in both AR and AP functions, adept at handling global currencies and ensuring seamless operations within the finance department.
Responsibilities:

Provide line management and leadership to the AR and AP teams

Oversee all activities within the departments, including but not limited to:

AR: Customer setup, credit checks, invoicing, credit control, and VAT queries

AP: Supplier setup, invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Foster a collaborative environment between the London and Crowborough offices through regular travel and shared communication channels
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational and numeracy skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing staff effectively
