Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise on a day-to-day basis with clients and manage client enquiries
- Book viewings using the company's system
- Complete customer records and update records in the system
- Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish needs
- Encourage offers etc where appropriate
- Negotiate and agree buyer offers
- Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed
- Previous experience is advantageous.
- You will have excellent customer service skills and place importance on the customer journey
- You will be at home in a small team assisting in all aspects of the office
- You will have solid IT skills
- You will be well spoken and well presented
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
- You will be motivated and have a 'can do' attitude
- Knowledge of the local market and specifically Malmesbury, is advantageous
