Job Title: Property Manager/Personal Assistant
Location: Just outside Aylesbury
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Holidays: 30 days per year

The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of properties and providing essential administrative support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 11 commercial and 7 residential properties, including handling rents, rates, changeovers, and maintenance.
- Coordinate contractors and oversee maintenance work, ensuring that all buildings are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, call handling, and gatekeeping.
- Engage with a wide range of customers, from potential new clients to existing tenants, ensuring excellent service and communication.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong organizational skills, with experience in residential property management or a proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face, with a bright and engaging personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A love for rural environments is a plus, as is the ability to commute to our offices
- Due to the location, a car is essential.
