Another Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work with an established business in Lancashire. This key role will support the wider HR business partnering team in the delivery of the HR People Plan business wide. You will provide operational support whilst delivering and supporting on wider people objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a fast paced and evolving environment.

The Role

  • Provide a high-quality HR business partnering service and act as a trusted advisor whilst building credible stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting the Head of HR and managers with the effective management of people related issues, including complex case management
  • Actively support, facilitate and contribute to wider HR business initiatives.
  • Supporting with Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Review and develop best practice and hr service offering and processors.
  • Supporting the development and embedding of new HR initiative.
  • Influence, coach and develop managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks ad employment legislation to ensure legal compliance, consistency, fairness and equality in the employment relationship/workplace.
  • Work under the guidance of the Head of HR to translate HR strategy into clear objectives that are aligned to the future needs and future goals of the business.
  • Supporting the HR Director and working on HR projects appropriately.
  • Provide statistical and management information.
  • Analysing and providing suggestions for process improvement and creating efficiencies.
  • Working with the wider HR team, provide and undertake administrative support & procedures relating to a wide range of HR activities.

Skills required

  • Proven experience of working as a HR Business Partner ideally gained within a fast-paced changing and customer focused environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience of change projects such as restructuring or TUPE
  • Experience of supporting employee engagement projects and health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder management experience
  • You must have excellent communication skills
