HRBP - Sales - Surrey

Handle are partnering with an event/ sales business looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting their offices based in the South, HQ'd out of Dorking, with some travel need to local areas such as Guildford and Hove.

Due to an exciting growth period, and some new business acquisitions, the company is needing some local HR support for around a 150 headcount in Surrey. The culture is very entrepreneurial, and you'll need to be someone who is well versed handling culture and change post-M&A and working with founders/ exec level. You'll be working closely with the Group HRD also to integrate the newly acquired businesses from a systems, processes, and cultural perspective.

You will be someone who can confidently step into this role, handle some ambiguity and able to navigate a rapidly changing environment. Experience within a sales environment needed!

This will be an ideal role for someone based locally to Dorking - some travel to other offices will be required but travel costs will be covered!
