Glenwood provide an industry specific debt collection and dispute resolution service on a no win – no fee basis with customers throughout England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland. We provide a full cycle debt recovery solution from pre – legal, litigation to enforcement. Based in our at our Head Office in Glasgow, the Digital Support Apprentice's key focus is to manage a portfolio of outstanding debt and working with all account customers.

In order to expand our team, we are seeking a motivated Digital Support Apprentice.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our growing business. This is a fast-paced, varied role. Successful candidates will ensure that all departments are adequately supported so that they can operate effectively. As the first point of contact for the company, we require someone to maintain a positive company image.

Key Duties:

  • Create client cases on Microsoft 365 packages
  • Loading cases on to our ADEPT bespoke software system
  • Making case notes and updates on our ADEPT bespoke system
  • Data entry through Microsoft packages and ADEPT internal system.
  • Weekly case reporting on our internal GDMS System – Linked to ADEPT
  • Client contact via Outlook and Telephony system.
  • Answering inbound calls on Telephony system
  • Sales/collections support via Outlook and GDMS system.
  • Dispose of confidential waste appropriately

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and capable of learning new systems
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and to work under pressure.
  • Be able to multitask
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work to own initiative
  • Positive and outgoing attitude to work

This position requires an individual with excellent time management skills as well as a high level of organisation, detail-orientation, and diligence.

Additional Information:

  • Salary - £18,000 per annum
  • Working hours - It is a full-time position working 9am-5pm Monday through Thursday and 9am-4.30pm on Friday.
